Plastic mould is a tool gives the size and structure to the plastic parts.During 10 years, Matthew provide plastic moulds with higher standard and lower cost to our global customers. Our customers scatter in Automotive, medical, Electrical, home and office,tool and equipment business, famous customer like Ford, FIAT, ABB,Volkswagen, KIA, Unilever etc.

Plastic Injection is a process to inject melting resin into a mould, after cooling, get the required shape. Matthew owns 60 injection machines, including Haitian (single /dual- color) machine, Demag machine, vertical injection machine; All equiped with robot hand; With our own assembly line, we can assemble and pack plastic and metal parts fast & safe.

Matthew works with other designers, develop and sell our own producs: including Woodworking clamp, household plastic products and other handtools.

RP is a group of techniques used to quickly fabricate a scale model of a physical part or assembly using three-dimensional computer aided design (CAD) data.Matthew provides our customers all methods of RP:3D printig,CNC milling,low pressure injection and silicone vaccumcasting.Aside, we also do polish,painting, silk and pad print and assemble.

Our Equipment

10 years in protototypes and Mould making industry, Matthew is now a fast growing enterprise with own design, develop, manufacture/assemble and sales team.

Start with only 2 injection machines, Matthew now have a 6000 squres meters factory and over 200 employees. We now have 60 haitian and Demag Injection machine, 2 Sodick wire cutting machine, 5 CNC center including Mazak center，Hegaxon 3 coordinates, milling & drilling machine, three 3D Printing mahcine, low pressure silicone injection machine, paint drier, assembly line, polishing line etc.
